This program is 8-week training program for anyone that wants to tone and strengthen their upper body. It includes the training regimen I have used in conjunction with my 8 week lower body program to build a balanced, strong, lean physique.

It includes 2 days a week (back/ biceps and shoulders/triceps/rear delts) If you are combining this training program with any of my other lower body programs, it will be a total of 5 training days a week with 2 rest days. You’ll receive detailed videos and descriptions of how to complete each exercise correctly to achieve the best results with sets, reps, and rest times.

You will need access to a equipped gym that has dumbbells, a barbell, a cable machine, and some kind of resistance band for warmups and stretches. (There are also alternatives to many of the exercises if you don't have access to a specific machine).
